EICK FAMILY STONES
, DURHAM, MIDDLESEX CO., CT

These stones are all clustered together there in the Durham Center Cemetery. All of the people are connected directly or indirectly by marriage or descent. The Nettletons, Burrs, Blinns, and Eicks married into the Reed family, the Gastlers married into the Eick/Reed family. The graves are quite close together; if you picture the arch (the U shaped road through the cemetery) I mentioned created by the road through the cemetery you will find the Burrs, Blinns, Nettletons, under the top of the arch, and the Reeds, Eicks, and Gastlers above the top of the arch. -- cb

Elsie (Eick) Gastler, her mother was Elsie May Reed, father Albert Frederick Eick, Sr.
