          Bela Clark, William Bull, and William C. Bull all of Say Brook indifferent freeholders, are appointed and fully impowered to Distribute that part of the Real Estate of Elihu Wright late of Say Brook and which was set to his Widow as Dower, to and among the Heirs thereto according to Law, and then make return to this Court for acceptance.

          This Court accepts and approves of the distribution -- ----Dower in the Estate of Elihu Wright to and among the Heirs of said Elihu Wright's Estate this day returned to court and orders the same to be recorded, which is as follows
          We the Subscribers being appointed by the Honorable Court of Probate for the District of Saybrook to distribute that part of the Estate of Elihu Wright late of Saybrook deceased set to his widow as Dower, and having taken the oath prescribed by law proceeded to distribute the same as follow. Viz.
          We set out to Samuel one of the heirs of said deceased, the Northwest corner of said land containing about 19 acres and bounded as follows. Beginning at the southeast corner of said land which is William C. Bull's Northwest corner bound thence Northerly by the land of Arnold Comstock, and the land of --tius Clark about 65 rods to the Northwest corner of land (set) out to the widow thence westerly by William W. Wright's land about 30 rods to a stake and stones. Thence Southerly about 68 rods to a stake and stones thence easterly about 54 rods to the first mentioned bound as Wm C. Bull's corner.
          We set out to Alanson one of the heirs of said deceased About 16 acres lying westerly and southerly of Land heretofore set to Samuel and Bounded as follows beginning at the Northeast corner at a Stake and Stones which is Samuel's Northwest corner bound thence westerly about 12 rods to a stake and stones by land before set to William W. in a former distribution thence Southeastly about 45 rods to a stake and Stones then Westerly about 21 rods to the end of a stone wall thence Southerly about 57 rods to a stake and stones thence Easterly by his own land about 33 rods to a Stake and Stones thence Northerly by land hereafter set to Elihu and by land heretofore set to Samuel about 102 rods to the first mentioned bound.
          We set out to Elihu one of the Heirs of said deceased about 8 ½ acres in the Southwest part of said land Bounded as follows beginning at the Southwest corner thence Northerly and Westerly about 53 rods by his own land to land set to William W. in a former Distribution thence easterly and Northerly by said William W's land to a Stake and Stones standing by the bar? then Easterly by the Stone wall about 14 rods to the end which is a bound of Land set to Alanson to a stake and stones thence Westerly by Land set to Alanson in a former Distribution about 25 rods to the first mentioned bound. Also about 6 ½ Acres on the Southeast part of said land Bounded Southerly on Alanson and his own land. Easterly on his own and William C. Bull's

land Northerly on land set to Samuel and Southerly about 34 rods by land heretofore set to Alanson to the first mentioned bound.
          We set out to William W. one of the Heirs of said deceased The Northwest corner of said Tract and Bound as fellows beginning at a Stake and Stones by the bar?, which is a bound of Land before set to Elihu thence Northerly about 41 rods by land set to him in a former Distribution thence Easterly by his own land to a stake and Stones bout 46 rods which is a bound of land set to Alanson then Southerly by said Alanson land about 45 rods to a stake and stones thence westerly about 35 rods by land set before to Alanson and Elihu to the first Bound containing about 10 3/4 Acres.
                    For more particular description see original Plan.
          We set out to each of the before named heirs viz. Samuel, Alanson, Elihu, & William W. one fourth part of our third part of the House estimated at $80. and the same part of the Barn and cow houses estimated at $150 which is $19. Dollars 16 ½ cents to each share in buildings.
